The Skiarea CAREZZA-KARERSEE starts in Welschnofen and has got 40 km ski run, snowparks, funparks for families,trails and 
toboggan runs. If this is not enough for you, there are also other nice ski areas near welschnofen, like OBEREGGEN, the SELLARONDA or the ski area MARMOLADA. All this ski areas together are called DOLOMITI SUPERSKI.

Welschnofen is also nice for skitourers and snowshoers. Wonderful trails are on the Frin in Carezza.
